About Sebastian Giraldo

I’m a visual communication designer and design educator, with an MFA in Visual Communication Design from Kent State University and a BFA in Graphic Design from Colegiatura Colombiana.

I design SaaS and B2B products, and I enjoy untangling complex problems into clear, usable interfaces. As an Assistant Professor of graphic design, I bring that practice into the classroom, teaching students current tools, technology trends, and best practices.

I’m an unapologetic technology nerd. I love finding creative ways to improve how things are made, and I combine visual communication with problem-solving to create outcome-based work that is both inventive and effective.
